Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cannabis products and New Mexico state regulations, all sales of cannabis products are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (such as a faulty vape cartridge, damaged packaging that affects product integrity, or other manufacturing defects), please contact us within 72 hours of purchase.

To request a replacement, you must:

• -Bring the defective product and original receipt to the location where purchased

• -Present valid government-issued ID

• -Explain the issue to our staff for documentation

Replacements are subject to manager approval and product availability. We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or if more than 50% of the product has been consumed.

Non-Cannabis Items

Accessories, merchandise, and other non-cannabis items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

• -Item is unused and in original packaging

• -Original receipt is provided

• -Item is not a final sale or clearance item

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
